Hi! I am a Los Angeles based personal trainer and small group fitness instructor. I have over 20 years of experience in helping client's achieve their health and fitness goals. I care deeply about my clients, and there's nothing of more value to me than helping you go through an experience that makes you happy. I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I help people who lack the inspiration to stay motivated and reach their goals, and to experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. $40 30min 1 on 1 5pk (10% = $180) 10pk (10% + 1 free session= $360)
$60 30min 2 on 1 5pk (10% = $270)
10pk (10% +1 free session = $540)
$65 60min 1 on 1 10pk (10% + 1 free session = $585)
$90 60min 2 on 1 10pk (10% + 1 free session = $810)
Travel Training Prices (Up to 5 miles) *Anything after the 5 miles I will charge extra for travel time
$100 60min 1 on 1 10pk (+ 1 free session= $1000)
$150 60min 2 on 1 10pk (+ 1 free session = $1500)
Virtual Training $30 30minfor /$10 for every 10min afterwards *includes free consultation
Virtual Classes $10 per class 30-60min
Consultation only $60 includes Body Testing on scale, measurements, going over current plan, goals and come up with a new plan (no workout)
Outside HIIT Battle Rope Bootcamp 4-6 people $20 per 7-10 people $15 per
Travel Bodyweight HIIT 3 people $20 per 4+people $15 per *all classes 45-60min
As a personal trainer, I customize individual workouts incorporating aerobic and anaerobic exercises. I work with clients to evaluate fitness levels, set goals, monitor progress and blast through plateaus. I will start with an in-depth look at where you currently are and create a path to where you want to be. I will work at a pace that suits you-from nutrition information, to training, to mindset. I will make sure your goals match your behaviors as your results depend on it.
You don't have to be extreme. JUST consistent.
